Frank Kelly
Chief Executive Officer, TRG Customer Solutions
Frank has over 23 years of experience in managing, selling, and delivering customized contact center and BPO solutions including a leadership role as SVP, North American Operations at Convergys with responsibility for over $1.1 billion in annual revenues. He has served as Chief Operating Officer at Willow CSN, a leading Home Agent company. He has a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Washington University.
Ken Hahn
Country Manager, Philippines
Ken is Country Manager and EVP, Operations for TRG Customer Solutions. He started his career with America Online, Inc. in 1996 and advanced through ranks of Operations and Vendor Management to Senior Program Manager responsible for Offshore Outsourcing and Operations Management. From 2002-2003 he launched more than 3,500 seats in India as well as establishing or managing operations in South Africa, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, Israel and the Philippines.
