Product-Specific Training Module deals with the client industry overview, client company background, product training, skills application, systems, scripting, and quality reinforcements
“Academy Bay” moves the agent from the classroom to full production in a staged, trainer-led transition environment
Continuing Education embraces product updates, developmental and performance enhancement, certification, and skills enhancement
